Introducing the Infratech Slimline Series Single Element SL2424BL 2400 Watts 240V 10 Amps Infrared Electric Patio Heater 42.5 x 4.75 x 3 in. Black Color. This is a 2400 Watt 240 Volt 10 Amp heater. At 42.5 inches long, this heater will heat an area of 7 by 7 feet at a mounting height of between 7 and 8 feet. The SL Series heaters must be surface mounted only and may not be flush mounted. The reason is that the SL-Series heater housing operates at a significantly higher temperature than the W-Series or C-Series fixtures due to the narrow profile and tight clearances to the heating element. The SL housing would exceed safe operating temperatures for wiring with restricted air circulation. The SL Series comes standard in a stainless hue anodized aluminum finish. It can also be ordered in All Black Shadow finish Compatible controls for this heater are the Simple On/Off switch, the Input Regulators and all Custom Control options. Please keep in mind that the available Infratech heater voltages of 120, 208 and 240 are typical for residential properties, while 277 and 480 are more common for commercial. If you're not sure which voltage to choose, please consult with a licensed electrician. These heaters come with a full 3 year warranty from Infratech.
