30-Day Returns, Zero Restocking Fees & Easy Exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing eligible products can be returned within 30 days with zero restocking fees. Plus, standard stocked orders can be canceled at no charge before shipment.

ZERO RESTOCKING FEES

As a courtesy to our customers, we absorb manufacturer restocking fees on eligible standard products.

Eligible products returned within 30 days qualify for ZERO RESTOCKING FEES.

To qualify for a ZERO restocking fee return, simply confirm the following when submitting your return request:

✅ The product is new, unused, and uninstalled.

✅ The product is returned in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.

✅ Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong product, we'll make it right.

Special-Order Products

Special-order products may be returned within 30 days but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special-order products include:

  • Custom Control Panels

  • Heaters with voltages other than 240V

  • Custom powder-coated finishes

Products must be returned in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on special-order product returns.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy! Simply LOGIN HERE  to request your return.

Please include your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on your return package.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged - No Problem, We've Got Your Back!

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required so we can file a shipping claim and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Outer Packaging

  • Show any dents, tears, or visible damage.

  • Include shipping labels when possible.

Inner Packaging

  • Show how the product was packed.

Damaged Product

  • Take clear photos of the damaged area.

Shipping Label

  • Include a photo of the shipping label or tracking information.

Simply attach these photos to your return request or email them to us.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different heater or accessory? No problem!

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

ZERO restocking fees apply to eligible standard-product exchanges. Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs.

Special-order products exchanged after shipment are subject to our standard 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–4 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Standard Products

Standard stocked products may be canceled before shipment at no charge.

Special-Order Products

Special-order products may be canceled at no charge before production begins.

Once production has begun, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Production timelines vary based on factory scheduling and order volume. Some special-order items may enter production shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel a special-order item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet begun, no cancellation fee will apply.

If an order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
